milan design week
i was in milan design week during the easter break on 13-15 april 2011. together with a cute friend of mine who studies in stuttgart, dira, we managed to stroll around zona tortona, zona brera and zona ventura lambrate in 2 days.
apologize for our tacky behavior for whom whoever seen 2 overly excited indonesian girls in milan. me and dira didn't stop screaming or act foolishly in every corner. :p
being able to visit milan design week has been my dream since I had worked as interior designer 2 years ago. and I still can't believe that could be there.
the best part is when we're able to meet tokujin yoshioka in moroso showroom! he was there to present the latest creation of moon chair for moroso. the foggy effect from a picture below was part of 'twilight' installation which reminiscent celestial experience as if embraced by the natural world (dezeen, 2011).

at last, thanks to bintang, dira's friend in milan, who successfully brought us to experience the best culinary adventure in milan. is there anything better than the real italian cappuccino, nutella-pistachio gelato, panzerotti luini and aperitivo in one day? ;)
